Exploring by car.

I'm full of cold with a bit of a cough - not too bad - up early - I put the coal stove on low - gave the dog a bone - lovely

                                                Penny likes the warmest spot on Blazer.

It was supposed to be sunny today but it was overcast and cool this morning but we went walking on ille Grande as usual.
Spring tides with low water about 13.30 - we walked the beach right out to the sea - a long way.

                                           Penny found more seaweed stalks and buried them !

                                                            Rock pool hunting.
We fancied a bit of exploring and we drove to the Saturday market at Plemier Boudo - tiny but good.
On to Tregestrel beach by the swimming pool ( closed for maintenance until the 10th ) - we had our coffee and sandwiches overlooking the harbour.

                                                   On to a new one for us Landralec.

Oyster / Mussel beds in the distance and people digging for cockles / clams by the water line.

                                 Strict rules for the times and sizes for getting anything from the beach.

We bought a calliper device for the job last year.

Back on board - the sun was trying to come through - I did a few boat jobs while Jackie and Penny relaxed.
